摘要
车辆在极寒地区,水温及机油温度过低,发动机很难起动。一般的技术是进气预热,采用低温预热加热器对水温进行加热。在给发动机加热水温过程中,会排放大量废气,含有很高的热量。对这部分能量的回收利用,比较匮乏。现通过管道将排出的废气用于油底壳加热,起到机油预热的作用,使发动机在原有的基础上,可以顺利、快速地起动,并实现废气再利用,对降低整车排放有着深远的意义。
In extreme cold area, water temperature and oil temperature of vehicles are low, it is hard to start engine. The general technique is intake preheating, the low temperature preheating heater is used to start the engine. In the process of heating engine water, a large amount of waste gas is emitted. This part of the energy is wasted. In this paper, waste gas was used for heating oil pan, oil was heated, so the engine has been started smoothly and fasdy. The waste gas recycling is realized to reduce emission.Key words: extreme cold area; low temperature preheating; engine; waste gas recycling
