目的探讨门诊药房退药原因及处理对策 .方 这本次医学研究选择本院门诊药房 201 4 年 1 月-201 5 年 12 月之 间发生的120例退药事件为观察对象,回顾退药事件的发生原因以及降低门诊药房退药率的处理对策.结药物退回原 因可分为药物因素、医护因素以及患者因素三个方面,且不同药物退回因素发生率对比具有明显的统计学差异 （ P 〈 0.05）. 门诊药房发生的药物退回问题涉及药物类型较多,且不同药物类型退回现象发生率对比具有明显的统计学差异 （ P 〈0.05）. 结论诱发门诊药房退药现象原因较为复杂,医疗单位需要针对其发生原因,采取针对性的处理措施,从而降低退药 现象的发生率.

Objective To investigate the reasons and countermeasures of drug return in outpatient pharmacy. Methods The 120 cases of withdrawal drugs in our outpatient pharmacy were respectively analyzed from January 2014 to December 2015. The reasons and countermeasures of drug return in outpatient pharmacy were investigated. Results The reasons of drug return can be divided into three factors： drug factors, medical factors and patient factors, and there was significant difference between different drug return factors （P〈0 . 05）. The drug return in outpatient pharmacy involved many types of drugs, and there was a significant difference in the incidence of regression of different drug types （P〈C0. 05）. Conclusion The reason of drug return in outpatient pharmacy is complex. The medical units make countermeasures according with the reason, reducing the incidence of drug return.
