佑创喷膜对压疮创面愈合的影响分析

目的探究佑创喷膜用于治疗压疮创面的临床效果□方法研究对象为 2 0 1 5年 1 月-2 0 1 5年 1 2 月之间因各种原 因造成的压疮患者 1 08例,随机分为观察组和对照组各 5 4例,对照组患者采用磺胺嘧啶银粉治疗,观察组则采用佑创喷膜 进行治疗,对比各期压疮的创面愈合时间以及色素沉着、瘢痕增殖情况.结果 观察组 I I期、 III期、 IV 期压疮平均愈合时间 分别为 8. 2±1. 6d、11. 4±1 . 8d、 20. 5±3. 6d,对照组 II期、 III期、 IV 期压疮平均愈合时间分别为 11. 4±2. 2d、 14. 2±2. 8d、24. 9±5.1d,观察组均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（ P 〈 0 . 0 5 ） ;随 访 6 个月,观察组患者发生色素沉着 8 例 ,占 14. 8 %,瘢痕增生 6 例,占 11. 1 %,对照组患者发生色素沉着 2 1 例,占 38. 9 %,瘢痕增生 1 3 例 ,占 24. 1 %,两组对比存在显 著差异（ P〈0. 05h 结论佑创喷膜治疗各种原因造成的压疮均有较好疗效,可显著缩短患者压疮创面的愈合时间,减少治 疗后色素沉着和瘢痕增生的发生,值得在临床上推广和应用.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Youchuang spraying film in the treatment of pressure ul-cer. Methods From January 2015 to December 2015, 108 patients with pressure ulcer caused by various reasons were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The control group was given sulfadiazine silver pow-der ,the observation group was treated with Youchuang spraying film. The wound healing time, pigmentation and scar prolif-eration were compared between the two groups. Results The mean healing time of the stage II, stage III and stage IV ulcer in the observation group was 8. 2 it 1. 6d, 11. 4 ＋ 1. 8d and 20. 5 ＋ 3. 6d, respectively, the mean healing time of the stage II, stage III and stage IV ulcer in the control group was 11. 4 ＋ 2. 2d, 14. 2 ＋ 2. 8d and 24. 9 ＋ 5. Id, respectively, the mean heal-ing time of observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant （P〈C0. 05）. After 6 months follow - up,pigmentation occurred in 8 cases of the observation group？ which accounted for 14. 8% , scar hyperplasia occurred in 6 cases, accounting for 11. 1% ; The control group of patients with pigmentation in 21 cases, accounting for 38. 9% , 13 cases of scar hyperplasia, accounting for 24. 1% , there was a significant difference be-tween the two groups （P〈0 . 05）. Conclusion Youchuang spraying film demonstrates good curative effect in the treatment of pressure ulcers caused by various reasons, which can significantly shorten the healing time of pressure ulcers and reduce the incidence of pigmentation and scar hyperplasia, it is worthy of promotion in the clinical practice.
