匹多莫德治疗小儿呼吸系统反复感染临床疗效及不良反应分析

Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Pi Do Maude in the Treatment of Repeated Respiratory Infection in Children

目的探究匹多莫德治疗小儿呼吸系统反复感染的临床疗效及不良反应.方法选取本院 2 0 1 6年 5 月-2 0 1 7年 6 月收治的 88例小儿呼吸系统反复感染疾病资料,并将采取常规措施医治的 4 4例患者设对照组,增添匹多莫德医治的 44 例患者设研究组,比较两组临床症状、相关指标及安全性□结果 研究组咳嗷、肺啰音消失等症状所用的时间（ 3. 92±0. 78） d、（ 4. 46±1. 14）d 比对照组短,感染持续时间、再次感染次数及住院时间（ 2. 6 1± 1 . 25）d、（ 5. 24±1. 32）d、（ 2. 04± 1. 0 0 ）次/6m 比对照组优（ P〈0. 05）;医治期间两组患儿未发生严重性不良反应,其用药依从性较佳.结论予以呼吸系统反复感染患 儿匹多莫德医治可改善临床症状,减少再次感染次数,且药物安全性高.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and side effects of pidotimir in the treatment of recurrent re-spiratory tract infection in children. Methods Forty -eight patients with recurrent infectious diseases of respiratory system in our hospital from May 20 to June 2017 were selected. Forty -four patients who were treated with conventional measures were enrolled in the control group. Forty -four patients Study group, compared the two groups of clinical symptoms, related indi-cators and safety. Results The time （3. 92 ＋ 0. 78） d and （4. 46 ＋ 1. 14） d in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the duration of infection, the number of re-infection and hospitalization time （2. 61 ＋ 1. 25） d, （2. 04 ＋ 1. 00） times /6m was better than that of the control group （P〈C〇 . 05）. There was no serious adverse reaction between the two groups during the treatment period, and the medication compliance was better. Conclusion Pidomorphine treatment of chil-dren with recurrent respiratory system can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the number of re-infection, and drug safety.
