两种不同手术方式治疗老年前列腺增生症并膀胱结石疗效比较

Comparison of Effects on Treatment of Patients with Senile Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Combined with Cystic Calculus with Two Different Surgical Methods

目的探讨老年前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石患者接受不同手术治疗的临床疗效.方法 采用随机方法将2014年5 月-2016年5月本院收治的110例前列腺增生症合并膀胱结石老年患者进行分组,对照组采用耻骨上小切口膀胱切开取石 术结合 TUPR,观察组应用气压弹道碎石术结合 TUPR,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 对照组患者的结石清除率远不及 观察组的比率,观察组的各项临床指标均显著优于对照组,比较具有统计学意义（ P 〈0. 0 5）.结论 TU PR联合气压弹道碎 石术治疗老年前列腺增生症并膀胱结石的疗效显著,大幅度提高了结石清除率,出血量少,住院时间短,值得大力推广.

Objective It is to discuss the clinical effects of different surgical treatments in patients with senile benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with cystic calculus. Methods ： 110 cases of patients with senile benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with cystic calculus received in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 , were divided into groups at random. The control group was treated with cystolithotomy on the small incision of pubis and TUPR, while, lithoclast lithotripsy with TU- PR was given to the observation group. And then, the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The stone clearance rate in the control group was far less than that in the observation group. The clinical indexes for the observation group were significantly better than those for the control group. After comparison, it had statistical significance （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion TUPR withlithoclast lithotripsy had significant effects for treatment of senile benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with cyst-ic calculus. As it improved greatly the stone clearance r a te , with less bleeding and short length of hospital s ta y , it was worthy of vigorous promotion.
