舒适护理在维持性血液透析患者中的研究

Comfortable Nursing in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨舒适护理在维持性血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取维持性血液透析治疗患者共 1 0 0例 ,按随 机原则分为对照组 （n = 5 0）和观察组（ n= 50 h 对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予舒适护理.比较两组临床疗效、并发症发 生情况以及护理满意度.结果 与对照组相比较,观察组舒适护理干预后患者的抑郁和焦虑评分,并发症发生均明显减少,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（ P〈0. 05）。观察组和对照组护理满意度分别为 98%（49/50）和 74%（37/50）,组间比较差异 具有统计学意义（ P〈 0 . 05）。结论在血液透析室护理中采用舒适护理干预,可以提高临床疗效,提高临床护理满意度,降低 并发症的发生,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort care in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods A total of 100 patients underwent maintenance hemodialysis were randomized into the control group （n=50） and observation group （n = 50）. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group received comfortable nursing. The clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction, and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The depres-sion and anxiety scores, complications were significantly reduced in the observation group. There was statistical difference be-tween the two groups （P〈0 . 05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was better than that in the control group （98% （49/50） vs 74% （37/50） , P〈C0. 05）. Conclusion The comfort care intervention in the hemodialysis room can improve clinical efficacy and satisfaction, and reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical application.
