手法整复经皮微创空心钉加压固定治疗跟骨骨折38例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 38 Cases of Calcaneal Fractures Treated by Percutaneous Minimally Invasive with Compression Fixation of Hollow Screw

目的探讨手法整复经皮微创空心钉加压固定的手术方法对跟骨骨折的治疗效果.方法选择 2011年 1 月-2016 年 12 月之间在我医院骨科运用手法整复经皮微创空心钉加压固定治疗方法进行跟骨骨折手术的患者 3 8例的资料进行回 顾性分析,对治疗的效果进行描述性分析.结果 本次纳入研究的 3 8 名患者没有出现手术后发生伤口感染、畸形和断钉等 并发症的,按照美国足琛骨科协会制定的临床评分,优为 2 4例,良 为 1 0 例,可 为 3 例 ,差 为 1 例 ,优 良 率 为 89.47 %.结论 使用手法整复经皮微创空心钉加压固定的方法对跟骨骨折进行治疗,手术的创伤小,操作过程简单,对患者的组织破坏程度 低,对骨折固定牢固,患者恢复效果良好,值得在临床范围内进行推广.

Objective To discuss the treatment effect of percutaneous minimally invasive with compression fixation of hollow screw on calcaneal fractures. Methods To select and retrospectively analyze 38 cases data treated with percutaneous minimally invasive with compression fixation of hollow screw for calcaneal fracture in our orthopedic department from January 2011 to December 2016, and to descriptively analyze the treatment effects. Results Among these 38 patients enrolled in this study, there is no surgical wound infection, deformity or broken nail or other complications. According to the clinical score principle developed by American Ankle Orthopedic Association, there are 24 excellent cases, 10 good cases, 3 receivable cases and 1 poor case. The rate of excellent and good cases is 89. 47%. Conclusion The treatment of percutaneous minimally invasive with fixation of hollow screw on calcaneal fractures has small trauma, simple procedure, and low damage to patient＇s tissue as w ell as firm fixation to fracture. The patients have good recovery. It is worth to promote it in the clinical scope.
