摘要 研究硫酸铝(AS)投加对AAO工艺好氧段活性污泥性质的影响,采用正交试验考察其投加量对主要污染物的降解效果和活性污泥耗氧速率(OUR)的变化情况,并确定最佳投加量。结果表明,当投加的铝离子浓度为12.5 mg/L时,TP有最高去除率66.11%,对NH_3-N的降解出现抑制作用,相比空白组去除率低2.6%;当浓度为25 mg/L和50 mg/L时,相比空白组去除率分别下降25.32%和69.11%。另外,铝离子对活性污泥的耗氧速率产生明显抑制,当铝离子浓度为100 mg/L时,下降了88.8%。以试验结果为依据确定最佳投药量为0~12.5 mg/L。 Effect of aluminum sulfate ( AS) addition on the characteristics of aerobic activated sludge in AAO process is studied. In order to determine the optimum dosage, orthogonal experiment is adopted to study the effect of AS addition on the degradation result and the variation of OUR. The experimental result proves that when dosed Al3+ concentration is 12.5 mg/L, the removal rate of TP can be as high as 66.11%, which plays a role in inhibiting NH3-N degradation. While, compared with the blank group, ifs reduced by 2.6%. However, when the concentration is separately 25 mg/L and 50 mg/L, the removal rate can be respectively reduced by 25.32% and 69.11% compared with the blank group. Moreover, as OUR can be significantly inhibited by Al^3+ , the removal rate can be reduced by 88.8% when Al3+ concentration is 100 mg/L. Based on the experimental result,the optimal dosage is 0-12.5 mg/L.
