摘要
目的构建科学、可行的医养结合养老机构护工岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法应用胜任特征理论,通过文献分析、半结构访谈法拟定医养结合养老机构护工岗位胜任力评价指标,采用德尔菲法对20名专家进行2轮函询,确定指标及各指标权重分值,构建医养结合养老机构护工岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果两轮函询专家的应答率分别为90%和100%,协调系数为0.423;变异系数0.10~0.20;通过德尔菲法确定问卷有3个维度、26个条目。结论基于岗位胜任力理论构建的评价指标体系,可为养老机构培训、考评护工提供科学依据。
Objective To construct a scientific and feasible medical and nursing evaluation index system of job competency among nursing staff in pension institutions.Methods Based on the theory of competency,the paper analyzes the competency evaluation of nursing workers by means of literature analysis and semi-structured interview method.The Delphi method is used to carry out two rounds of correspondence to 20 experts to determine the index and the weights of each index,To build a combination of nursing and nursing institutions nurses competency evaluation index system.Results The response rate of the two rounds of experts was 90% and 100%respectively:the coordination coefficient was 0.423 and the coefficient of variation was 0.10~0.20.The questionnaire was identified by Delphi method.There were 3dimensions and 26 entries.Conclusion Based on the theory of post competency theory,the evaluation index system can provide scientific basis for the training and evaluation of nursing staff.
