改性榛壳吸附剂固相萃取-紫外可见分光光度法分析水中孔雀石绿 被引量:4

摘要 合成改性榛壳生物吸附剂SCHFS,利用FTIR、SEM、XPS对结构进行表征。以此吸附剂为固相萃取剂,研究淡水鱼源性食品中孔雀石绿的吸附富集行为。探讨溶液p H、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附性能的影响;考察解吸液种类、体积对解吸效率的影响。实验结果表明,室温下溶液p H 6.0、振荡吸附60min时能达到最佳吸附效果,此时吸附率大于98%;选用50%甲醇乙酸溶液为解吸液,在60min内解吸率超过95%,在最佳实验条件下,富集倍数为5。该方法的线性范围0.1~3mg·L^(-1),检出限为0.022mg·L^(-1),测定水样中孔雀石绿含量,加标回收率在95.7%~108.8%。 Modified corylus heterophylla fisch shell-based adsorbent( SCHFS) was synthesized and the SCHFS was characterized by SEM,FT-IR,and XPS. The SCHFS was evaluated as novel solid-phase extraction sorbents for studying concentration of the mala-chite green in the freshwater fish products. The effect of pH, adsorption time, ad sorbent temperature on the adsorption properties was investigated, and the influences of desorption solution type and volume on the desorption efficiency was discussed. The optimal con-ditions are the following:temperature 25^ ,pH6. 0,mixing adsorbing time 60 min,and elutriant is 50% acetic acid methanol solu-tion. This method^ preconcentration factor was approxim ately 5. Good linear relationship(R2 〉0. 997) was observed within the range of 0. 1 -3mg · L^- 1. This method was applied to the determination of MG in water with spiked recoveries of 95. 1% - 108.8 %.
