摘要
该文从分析现代学徒制内涵以及分析学徒制国内外研究现状入手,探索现代学徒制在高职人才培养模式中的实践意义,并分析这种教学模式的可行性和尚待解决的问题。
"Apprenticeship" is a form of teaching professional skills by means of the master's precepts and examples,while the modern apprenticeship is a new personnel training mode integrating on-the-job training with classroom teaching. Both of them can be traced to the same origin,with different characteristics of times. Based on the analyses of the connotation of the modern apprenticeship and the current situation of its researches at home and abroad,this paper probes into its practical significance in the personnel training mode for the major of western-style food cuisine in vocational colleges as well as analyzing its feasibility and unsolved problems.
