摘要
分析家庭教育的误导、高校教育的偏离、社会环境的影响、自我教育的缺失等造成的综合影响,是导致大学生人际交往出现结构性偏差的原因。通过教师引导、朋辈引导、自我疏导、家庭教育四位一体的矫正机制的建立,可以形成多方合力,从而实现大学生由"学校人"向"社会人"的顺利转变。
Good competence of interpersonal communication is essential in college students' communication with the external world,their self-growth,progress and future success. The influence of such factors as the misleading of family education,the deviation of higher education,the impact of the social environment and the deficiency of self-education has caused a structural deflection in their interpersonal communication. The establishment of a correction mechanism integrating teachers' guidance with friends' guidance,self-persuasion and family education will form a multipartite resultant force to convert them from "school persons" into "social persons".
