摘要 围绕某电厂2#炉排烟温度偏差大及排烟温度高的问题,从空预器运行数据及空预器内部可能发生堵塞等问题展开技术分析,找出两侧排烟温度偏差大的原因,并针对各类原因,提出了相应的控制措施。 In order to solve the problems of the large deviation in the exhaust gas temperature as well as the high temperature of the gas of the 2# boiler of a power plant,this paper introduces the technological analysis of the operating data of the air pre-heater and problems like block-ups in it. In addition,it introduces the causes of the large deviation in the exhaust gas temperature at its two sides as well as putting forward corresponding control measures.
