摘要
为达到环保部颁布的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223—2011)的要求,某电厂对二期3#及4#机组增加选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置,并将原有双室三电场除尘器改造为双室五电场除尘器。为保证机组安全稳定运行,降低厂用电率,需对引风机和增压风机进行改造。引增合一改造后,锅炉风机及炉膛的运行安全性提高,锅炉辅机故障发生率减少,风机电耗降低。引增合一不仅简化了系统,降低了运行成本,还提高了机组的安全性和稳定性,确保机组能够长周期安全稳定地运行。
In order to achieve the requirements of the emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants( GB13223-2011) issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection of PRC,SCR denitration devices were added to 3# and 4# units of the second-phase project of a power plant. Besides,the original 2-chamber and 3-electric field dust remover were transformed into 2-chamber and 5-electric field one. The IDF and the BF needed to be improved to ensure the secure and stable operation of the units as well as decreasing the rate of power consumption of the power plant. After the combination renovation,the security of the operation of the draught fan and the combustion chamber was improved,the fault rate of the auxiliary engine of the boiler was reduced and the power consumption of the draught fan was lowered. In short,the " IDF-BF" Combination simplified the system,lessened the operating cost,enhanced the security and stability of the units and ensured their long-period safe and stable operation in the aspects of energy conservation,equipment reliability and operation.
