摘要
为有效利用赤泥,减少对自然环境的破坏,研究将赤泥应用在道路基层的可行性。进行二灰稳定赤泥的配合比设计,根据击实试验和无侧限抗压强度试验优选出m(赤泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(粉煤灰)=70∶7.5∶22.5为最佳配合比。以此配合比为基础,用扫描电子显微镜对二灰稳定赤泥无侧限抗压强度试件进行观察,说明二灰稳定赤泥的强度形成机理。对二灰稳定赤泥进行完整的性能试验,得出一系列性能和力学指标,表明二灰稳定赤泥符合规范的相关要求,可以用于道路基层。
In order to utilize the red mud efficiently and reduce the pollution of the natural environment, an experimental study is carried to verify if it could be used in the road base. According to compaction tests and unconfined compression strength tests, 70: 7. 5 : 22. 5 is the optimum mixture ratio of materials. Then, the samples of fly-ash stabilized sintered red mud with this mixture ratio are observed by using scanning electron microscopy to describe the strength mechanism. A series of tests for performance and mechanics are carried out with the optimum mixture ratio. It turns out that the fly-ash stabilized sintered red mud can meet some relevant requirements of standard and it can be used in road base.
