摘要
本文以胜利褐煤为研究对象,利用热重分析仪(TGA)、低温氮气吸附仪(BET)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)考察不同粒径胜利褐煤的燃烧反应性能、孔结构和表面形貌,确定了不同粒径胜利褐煤的起燃温度,研究了粒径对胜利褐煤表面形貌的影响规律。结果表明,随粒径减小,煤样的起燃温度降低,燃烧稳定性增加,粒径小于0.425mm时,煤样的燃烧反应性受粒径影响不大。孔结构分析表明,煤样粒径减小,胜利褐煤的比表面积增大,孔容积和平均孔径减小。表面形貌研究表明,粒径对胜利褐煤的显微形貌存在影响,煤颗粒的粒径越小,胜利褐煤的表面形貌组分更容易分离。
In this paper , Shengli lignite from the Inner Mongolia region was ground and sieved to obtain different particle size lignite samples. The combustion characteristics and surface morphology of different particle size Shengli lignite was studied by TG A ,B E T and SEM. The results indicated th a t ig-nition temperature decreased and combustion stability increased with the decrease of the lignite particle size. While the particle size less than 0. 425m m , the particle size almost did not affect the combustion characteristics of lignite. The BET results suggested th a t the surface area increased and pore diameter decreased with the decrease of the lignite particle size. The surface morphology properties study dem-onstrated that particle size had influence on the surface morphology of Shengli lignite and the smaller particle size was beneficial to morphology contents separated of coal.
