养老保险的可持续性发展研究——以山东威海为例

On the sustainable development of endowment insurance——taking Weihai of Shandong province as an example

当前,养老保险问题已经成为社会普遍关注的重大问题,作为老龄化程度高于全国平均水平的威海市,如何更好地促进养老保险事业健康发展,促使客观良好的转型升级,已经成为必须面对和解决的重要民生问题。本文通过相关数据调查,结合民政部门及部分走访调查,对威海社会养老保险可持续发展现状进行浅析。

Currently,the problem of endowment insurance has become the major issues of common concern to society,as a city with higher aging degree than the national average,how to better promote the healthy development of the endowment insurance and lead to the excellent transformation have become an important livelihood issue for Weihai to face and solve.This paper makes a brief analysis of the status quo of the sustainable development of endowment insurance in Weihai through the investigation of relevant data and the civil affairs department.
