从档案管理角度谈非物质文化遗产辰河高腔的保护

Protection of the intangible cultural heritage Chenhe Gao Qiang from the perspective of archive management

具有独特艺术风格的国家级非物质文化遗产辰河高腔,由于投入不足、人才缺乏、受众区域狭小和老龄化等问题,对其实施保护已刻不容缓。从辰河高腔档案建设的现状调查入手,分析了辰河高腔传承中存在的问题及其成因,提出了通对非物质文化遗产档案进行管理,有效保护和传承辰河高腔的工作路径。

Due to problems such as insufficient investment,lack of capable people,narrow range of audience,and an aging population,the protection of Chenhe Gao Qiang,a national intangible cultural heritage with a unique style,is now of utmost urgency.This paper opens with an investigation of the archive construction of Chenhe Gao Qiang.It then goes on to analyze the problems in the inheritance of Chenhe Gao Qiang as well as the cause of them.Finally,a tentative path is raised to effectively protect and inherit Chenhe Gao Qiang through putting emphasis on archive management of the intangible cultural heritage.
