章程建设是高职院校依法自主办学、科学管理的重要保障和重要依据。对目前高职院校章程建设的现状及存在的问题提出有效的对策,使章程在推进高职院校改革发展中发挥应有的作用。

Constitution construction is an important guarantee and important basis for autonomous management and scientific management of higher vocational colleges.This paper puts forward effective countermeasures according to the present situation and existing problems of the constitution construction of higher vocational colleges so that the constitution can play its due role in advancing the reform and development of higher vocational colleges.
