In the development of professional education of teachers in China,the training of teachers has been in a chaotic and disorderly state.To improve the training of teachers to a new level,we must focus on the construction of teacher training system from openness,impartiality and diversification of the training to establish a scientific teacher test,supervision and evaluation system.
