教师培训的现实困境与对策研究

摘要 在我国教师的专业教育发展中,对教师的培训一直处于一种混乱、无序的状态。要将教师培训提高到一个全新的层次,一定要重点关注对教师培训制度的构建,从培训的开放化、公正性以及培训的多元化等方向入手,建立起科学的教师测试、监督与评价体系。 In the development of professional education of teachers in China,the training of teachers has been in a chaotic and disorderly state.To improve the training of teachers to a new level,we must focus on the construction of teacher training system from openness,impartiality and diversification of the training to establish a scientific teacher test,supervision and evaluation system.
