高泌乳素与内分泌失调性不孕症的相关性探讨

Study on the relationship between high prolactin and endocrine disorders

为分析高泌乳素与内分泌失调性不孕症的相关性,择取2015年12月—2016年12月我院收治的50例不孕症女性为研究对象,另取同期同数量正常生育期女性50例为对照组,后将不孕症者分为月经不调组及月经正常组。检测FSH、LH、PRL、E2以及T含量,相较于对照组,观察组的LH、FSH及PRL水平显著较高,P<0.05。T以及E2的水平偏低,P<0.05。FSH以及PRL为正相关,LH和PRL为正相关,E2和PRL为负相关,T和PRL不存在相关性。相较于月经正常组,月经紊乱组的LH、FSH及PRL显著较高,P<0.05。月经紊乱组及正常组的T和E2无明显差异,P>0.05。相较于正常者,内分泌失调性不孕者的血PRL水平较高,其余四项激素水平有着明确相关性。在收治内分泌失调性不孕不育病患时,可将血清PRL视为排除免疫及生殖器异常的常规项目,结合其余四项激素检测结果,可以对诊断疾病及治疗方案选择有所帮助。

In order to analyze the correlation between high prolactin and endocrine disorders and infertility,50 cases of infertile women treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research subjects. In the same period,50 cases of women as the control group,after infertility was divided into irregular menstruation and menstrual normal group. The levels of FSH,LH,PRL,E2 and T were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. T and E2 were low,P〈0. 05. FSH and PRL were positively correlated,LH and PRL were positively correlated,and E2 and PRL were negatively correlated with T and PRL. Compared with normal menstruation group,LH,FSH and PRL were significantly higher in menstrual disorders group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in T and E2 between menstrual disorder group and normal group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with normal,endocrine disorders infertility in patients with high blood PRL levels,the remaining four hormone levels have a clear correlation. In the treatment of endocrine disorders infertility patients,the serum PRL can be excluded as a routine immunization and genital abnormalities,combined with the remaining four hormone test results can diagnose the disease and make help for treatment options.
