摘要
本文针对变频调速技术在水泵调速节能方面的应用做了相应介绍。对7#高炉2条渣处理线的2台粒化供水泵进行变频改造设计,解决了渣处理线补水量过大的问题,以达到节能的目的。
This paper introduces the application of variable frequency speed regulation technology in water pump speed regulation and energy saving. The design of frequency conversion modification of 2 granulating water supply pumps for 2slag treatment lines of 7# blast furnace was carried out to solve the problem of excessive water supply in slag treatment line,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
