摘要
随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,人们日常生活与生产用电不断增加,"电力"逐渐演变成一种特殊商品,电力营销也随之产生。但是,我国供电企业的电力营销体系还不完善,电力营销人员的服务意识仍有待提高,严重影响了供电企业的良性发展。
With the development of China's economy and the progress of society,people's daily life and production electricity has been increasing. "Electricity"has gradually evolved into a special commodity,and electricity marketing also produced thereupon. However,the power supply system of power supply enterprises in China is not perfect,the service awareness of electric power marketing personnel still needs to be improved,which seriously affected the benign development of power supply enterprises.
