摘要
人力资本理论指出:教育是个体资本增值最为有效的投资。高等职业教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是构建现代职业教育体系的主力实施者。国家当前的教育规划指出:高等职业院校必须要为受教育者提供数量足够、质量足够的人力资本增值,以保证其毕业时持有满足就业所需的人力资本。当前,高等职业院校的学生存在就业结构不平衡、自身职业能力欠缺等问题,需要高职院校从学生长期发展出发,转变教育方式,从而促进大学生就业能力的提升。本文分别阐述了人力资本理论的诞生、发展以及主要观点,并采用问卷调查的实证分析方式,研究了应如何优化高职院校的职业教育方案。
Human capital theory points out that education is the most effective investment in individual capital appreciation. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in our country,and it is the main implementer of modern vocational education system. The current education program states that higher vocational colleges must provide educated people with a sufficient number of sufficient human capitals to add value to ensure that they can meet the employment requirements for human capital. At present,students in higher vocational colleges have the problems of unbalanced employment structure and lack of professional ability,which needs higher vocational colleges to change the way of education,so as to promote the improvement of college students' employability. This paper expounds the birth,development and main viewpoints of human capital theory,and uses the empirical analysis of questionnaire method to study how to optimize the vocational education program of higher vocational colleges.
