摘要
研究发现,母语为英语的汉语学习者在习得方向性论元结构时没有显著障碍,但母语为汉语的英语学习者学习英语方向性论元结构时存在过分概括或是草率推广的错误。本文结合相关理论知识,对上述习得表现进行预测和解释。此研究不仅对预测以及提高学习者在二语习得中的表现有指导性作用,而且为汉语方向性介词短语中存在功能层提供支持性证据。
This paper studies the acquisition of directional argument structures in L2 English learners and L2 Mandarin learners.No significant difficulties are found in the acquisition of target structures in the L2 Mandarin group;however,overgeneration is observed in the L2 English group while studying English directional argument structures.Predictions and explanations upon the research results are made in the framework of Functional Projection of PP and Subset Principle.This study provides guidance and prediction for teaching directional argument structures in SLA,and moreover,the assumption that the functional projection of PP does exist in Mandarin can also be verified in the current study.
