A Study of the Countermeasures to the Chinese Culture Aphasia in College English Teaching

中国文化失语现象是哑巴英语的另外一种表现形式。在全球化迅速发展的今天,在大学英语教学中渗透中国经典文化有非常的重要性和必要性,在大学英语课程中渗透中国文化必须有具体策略。

The Chinese Culture Aphasia is another extreme of Dumb English in terms of interpreting Chinese culture.This paper explores the root causes of this phenomenon on the basis of previous studies and the author＇s own classroom observation,points out the necessity and significance of penetrating Chinese culture into college English teaching,further illustrates a few countermeasures to this phenomenon,and calls for further studies on these countermeasures and the phenomenon as well.
