复方血栓通胶囊对急性脑梗死患者脑血液流变学及血清NSE、IGF-1的影响

Effect of Compound Xueshuantong capsule on hemorheology,serum NSE and IGF-1 in patients with acute cerebral infartion

目的观察复方血栓通胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胰岛素样生长因-1(IGF-1)的影响。方法选取医院收治的急性脑梗死患者52例,按入院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,每组26例。对照组给予抗凝、溶栓等常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用复方血栓通胶囊治疗,共治疗4周。治疗前后分别检测2组血液流变学指标及血清NSE、IGF-1水平。结果治疗4周后,2组血液流变学指标均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组治疗后血液流变学指标较对照组下降明显(P<0.01或P<0.05);2组血清NSE水平均较治疗前明显降低,而血清IGF-1水平较治疗前则明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清NSE水平较对照组下降明显,血清IGF-1水平较对照组则明显升高(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊可明显改善急性脑梗死患者血液流变学,降低血清NSE水平,提高血清IGF-1水平,具有保护脑神经功能的作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Compound Xueshuantong capsule on hemorheology,serum neuronspecific enolase（ NSE） and insulin-like growth factor-1（ IGF-1） in patients with acute cerebral infartion. Methods 52 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 26） and control group（ n = 26） by order of admission. The patients in the control group were received anticoagulant drugs,thrombolytic drugs and other conventional treatment. The patients in the observation group were given additional Compound Xueshuantong capsule on the basis of regular treatment. A total 4 weeks of treatment was applied for both of the two groups. The levels of hemorheology,serum NSE and IGF-1 in two group were measuered before and after 4weeks＇ treatment. Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment,hemorheological parameters in two groups was lower than those before treatment,hemorheological parameters in observation group had significantly greater amount of decrease than those of control group（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）; The level of serum NSE in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the level of serum IGF-1 in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment（ P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05）. The levels of serum NSE in observation group had a significantly larger amount of decrease than those in control group,and the level of serum IGF-1 in observation group had a larger amount of increasing than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule can significantly improve cerebral hemorheology in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce serum NSE levels and improve serum IGF 1 level,with the role of protection of brain function.
