消栓肠溶胶囊治疗急性期脑梗死患者的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule in treating acute cerebral infarction

目的观察消栓肠溶胶囊治疗急性期脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的急性期脑梗死患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组在此基础上使用消栓肠溶胶囊治疗,观察2组治疗前、治疗14 d后NIHSS评分情况;观察治疗1个月后生活能力评价情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的76.0%(P<0.05);治疗14 d后,2组NIHSS评分均显著改善,且观察组NIHSS评分改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗1个月后,观察组日常生活能力量表Barthal指数(BI)≥75分31例,占62.0%;对照组BI≥75分14例,占28.0%,2组比较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消栓肠溶胶囊治疗急性期脑梗死可显著改善患者神经功能,提高患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 50 cases,the control group received routine rehabilitation therapy and the observation group received Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule treatment on the basis of the control group. The NIHSS score was observed before and after treatment for 2 days before treatment,and the life ability was evaluated at 1 months after treatment. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 90. 0% in the observation group and 76. 0% higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 14 days of treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the NIHSS score of the observation group has more obvious improvement（ P〈0. 01）. After treatment for 1 month,there are 31 cases in the observation group daily living ability scale Barthal index（ BI） greater than 75 points,accounting for 62. 0% compare to 14 cases of that in control group,accounting for 28. 0%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient＇s neurological function and the life quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
