骨通贴膏联合艾灸治疗风寒湿痹型肩周炎的效果观察

Clinical study on the Tianhe Gutong plaster combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of wind cold dampness type scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的观察骨通贴膏联合艾灸治疗风寒湿痹型肩周炎的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的风寒湿痹型肩周炎患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用骨通贴膏外贴和局部艾灸肩部最明显压痛点,对照组采用扶他林乳膏涂抹肩部最明显压痛点,疗程均为2周。通过观察2组治疗前后的肩功能CMS总分及各项评分,评价其临床疗效。结果治疗前,2组患者肩功能CMS总分及各项评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组CMS总分及各项评分较治疗前均改善,且观察组肩功能CMS总分及各项评分优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论骨通贴膏联合艾灸治疗风寒湿痹型肩周炎临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect and Tianhe Gutong plaster combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of wind cold dampness type scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods 80 cases periarthritis of shoulder（ wind,cold and dampness arthralgia）,were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 40） and the control group（ n = 40）. Experimental group used Gutong plasters stuck outside and local moxibustion to shoulder the most obvious tenderness point and control group with Futalin cream smear shoulders the most obvious tenderness point,with treatment for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the total score of shoulder function CMS and the scores of the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the total score of CMS and the scores of all the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the total score of shoulder function CMS in the observation group was better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tianhe Gutong plaster combined with Moxibustion in the treatment of wind cold dampness type has effective clinical effect and is worth of clinical application.
