摘要
介绍了2套800 kt/a和2套300 kt/a共4套硫酸装置分别应用联合氨法脱硫技术进行的尾吸脱硫技改情况。针对尾吸脱硫技改使系统阻力增加、开车阶段高污染控制、利旧烟囱防腐、副产品硫铵液的回收利用等技术难点进行分析,并采用了独特的解决方案,取得了较好的效果。
The technical improvement of 4 sets of sulphuric acid units is introduced, including tw300 kt/a sulphuric acid plant. Using combined ammonia desulphurization technology and tail absorption desulphurization technical con-ditions. Aiming at the technical difficulties of tail absorption desulphurization technology, such as increashigh pollution control during startup, anticorrosive of the old chimney, recovery and utilization of the by-product ammonium sulphatesolution, the unique solution was adopted and better effect was achieved.
