Through the comparative analysis,this paper reveals the spirit of strict governance and the same strain relationship embodied in＂Party Building Studies＂and＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂.In terms of the＂dialectical unity of traditional culture and the times connotation＂and the＂dialectical unity of internal self-discipline and external practice＂,it shows the common logic of both the connotation and requirements of the times.Combined with the actual practice,it puts forward the realistic path of implementing＂Party Building Studies＂and＂Three Stricts and Three Steadies＂.
