高职院校文化创意人才培养模式研究——以福建省泉州市为例

Research on the Mode of Cultivating Cultural Creative Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges:A Case Study of Quanzhou City of Fujian Province

目前文化创意产业已经成为城市发展不可或缺的力量,文化创意人才供不应求,而高职教育是发展城市文化创意产业的重要人才保障,构建适应文化创意产业发展的人才培养模式成为高职院校应有的责任。高职院校要解决现有专业设置、课程体系、实践实训环节和师资队伍等方面的矛盾,从宏微观两个视角完善人才培养机制,助推本土文化创意产业的可持续发展。

At present,the cultural creative industries have become an indispensable force in the development of the city,and the cultural creative talents are in short supply.Higher vocational education is an important talent protection for the development of urban cultural creative industries.It is the responsibility of vocational colleges to cultivate the talents training mode to adapt to the development of cultural creative industries.Vocational colleges should solve the existing contradictions in professional settings,curriculum system,practical training and teaching staff and other aspects,improve the personnel training mechanism to boost the local cultural creative industries’ sustainable development from the macro and micro perspectives.
