摘要
工程教育认证以成果导向为核心理念,德国FH模式以培养应用型工程师为基本理念。基于这些新理念,阐述应用型本科土木工程专业人才培养目标的定位。以德累斯顿工程和经济应用技术大学为例,介绍德国FH模式理论与实践教学的课程设置。借鉴工程教育认证和德国FH理念,探索三明学院土木工程专业强化实践教学,重视核心能力达成度的人才培养模式,提出的思路和措施对于应用型本科土木工程人才培养的综合改革具有较好的借鉴意义。
The core concept of engineering education accreditation is outcome-based.The basic concept of German FH aims at the cultivation of applicable engineers.Based on these new concepts,the training object of civil engineering in application-oriented college is introduced.Taking HTW Dresden as an example,this paper introduces the theoretical and practical teaching courses of the German FH model.Reference the concepts of the engineering education accreditation and German FH,the talent cultivation modes of the practice teaching and the fitness of core competence in civil engineering of Sanming University are explored.The ideas and measures provided in this paper have good reference value for the talent training comprehensive reform of civil engineering in application-oriented colleges.
