摘要
应用结构方程模型(SEM)方法,通过分析模型内潜变量和观测变量之间的相互关系,对教师特质影响中学生学业成就进行了研究。从教师的角度出发评估变量,将教师特质对中学生学业成就的影响因素分为教师背景、教师情感与信念、教师态度、教师教学、教师期望5个潜在变量,15个可测变量,进行了问卷调查并应用AMOS17.0和SPSS17.0数据分析软件进行信度分析,运用结构方程模型对假设模型进行分析验证。总体上模型的拟合度较好,5个研究假设都得到了支持。最后,在结果分析的基础上为提高中学生学业成就提出合理化建议。
Using the structural equation model (SEM) method, this paper studies the influence ofteacher’s idiosyncrasy on the academic achievement of middle school students by analyzing the relationshipbetween the latent variables and the observed variables of the model. This paper analyzes the variablesfrom the teacher’s point of view, divides the influencing factors into five latent variables including teacher’sbackground, teacher's emotion and belief, teacher's attitude, teacher's teaching, teacher's expectation,fifteen measurable variables, conducts questionnaire survey, carries out the reliability analysis by usingAMOS17.0 and SPSS17.0 data analysis software, and uses the structural equation model to analyze andverify the hypothesis model. In general, the model is well fitted, and the five research hypotheses aresupported. Finally, on the basis of the results analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions toimprove the academic achievement of middle school students.
