加味桂芍四妙汤与中药外洗联合治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of recurrent mycotic vaginitis with Modified Decoction of Four Herbs of Peony and Chinese herbal medicine external washing

目的:就加味桂芍四妙汤与中药外洗联合治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的疗效进行观察,为临床实践提供参考和指导。方法:从收治的复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者中筛选88例作为临床研究对象,分设中医治疗组和西医治疗组,每组随机分配患者44例。根据分组,对中医治疗组患者采用加味桂芍四妙汤与中药外洗进行联合治疗,对西医治疗组予以酮康唑胶囊和霉菌素阴道栓进行治疗。结果:中医治疗组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于西医治疗组,且中医治疗组患者3个月、6个月和1年时间内的病情复发率均明显低于西医治疗组,所有观察数据对比差异明显,具有统计学意义。结论:对复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者采用加味桂芍四妙汤与中药外洗进行联合治疗,可以取得比一般西医用药治疗更好的效果,同时还能够有效降低患者的复发率,值得加强临床推广与应用实践。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of modified four Peony Decoction and Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis,and provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.Methods：88 cases of recurrent fungal vaginitis were selected as clinical research objects,divided into TCM treatment group and Western medicine treatment group,each group was randomly allocated 44 cases.According to the grouping,the Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with the combination of Modified Decoction of four herbs and Chinese herbal medicine and external washing of Chinese medicine.The treatment group was treated with Ketoconazole Capsules and nystatin vaginal suppository.Results：The Chinese medicine treatment the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of Western medicine and Chinese medicine treatment group,the patients in the treatment group were 3 months,6 months and 1 year relapse rate was significantly lower than that of Western medicine treatment group,all the differences observed data contrasts,and statistically significant.Conclusion：Jiawei Guishao Four Wonderful Decoction and Chinese medicine used for recurrent fungal vaginitis patients and washing joint treatment is better than the effect of the general western medicine therapy better,but also can effectively reduce the recurrence rate,worthy of clinical promotion and application of strengthening practice.
