摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化在乳腺癌患者PICC管理中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年1月至2016年12月本院的PICC置管患者219例,将其随机分成观察组110例和对照组109例,观察组采取医护一体,由医生护士全程参与管理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组护理质量和满意度。结果:观察组患者并发症的发生率少于对照组,观察组满意度大于对照组。结论:医护一体化有利于降低导管并发症、改善医护患关系、提高医护凝聚力。
Objective：To investigate the effect of integrated medical care on PICC management in breast cancer patients.Methods：January 2016 to 2016 December PICC catheter patients 219 cases,randomly divided into the observation group 110 cases and control group 109 cases,observation group take care one,by doctors and nurses participate in the entire process of management,the control group received routine care,compared two groups of nursing quality and patient satisfaction.Results：The incidence of complications in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion：The integration of doctors and nurses is helpful to reduce the complications of catheter,improve the relationship between doctors and nurses and improve the cohesion of doctors and nurses.
