摘要
SWOT分析法是较常用的战略选择工具。将SWOT方法运用于高职院校电子商务专业建设,以武汉铁路职业技术学院为例,指出电商专业建设中的4大关键因素:内部优势与劣势,外部机会与威胁,并结合实际情况提出具体的发展策略。
SWOT analysis is a m o r e c o m m o n l y used strategy selection tool. In this paper, the S W O T me t h o d is applied to the construction of e-commerce in higher vocational colleges. Taking our school as an example, this paper points out four key factors in the professional construction of electric businessmen, internal strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats, combined with the actual situation put forward specific develop-ment strategies.
