翻转课堂在高职教学中的困境及对策研究

摘要 "翻转课堂"教学模式通过对知识传授和知识内化的颠倒安排,实现了对传统教学模式的革新。使传统教学中的师生角色和课堂时间的分配发生了转变,更好地凸显了学生的主体地位,适合学生的个性化发展,但在我国实施困难。从我国的国情出发,从教学环境、教学观念、教学设施、教学条件、教学能力5个方面阐述了教学实施中的困境,提出了相应的对策。 The teaching model of "flip classroom" realizes the innovation of traditional teaching mode through the reversal arrangement of knowledge transfer and knowledge internalization. So that the traditional teaching of the role of teachers and students and classroom time distribution has changed to better highlight the student's dominant position, suitable for students of personalized development. But in China to implement difficulties. Based on the national conditions of our country, this paper expounds the difficulties in the implementation of teaching from the aspects of teaching environment, teaching idea, teaching facilities, teaching conditions and teaching ability, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures
