高层民用建筑消防设计要点分析

Analysis of fire fighting design points of high-rise civil buildings

现代高层民用建筑,已呈现整体投资规模扩大化,内部使用功能复杂化,人员高度密集化等特征,对整个设计、施工及维护的要求也更高。全局上,建筑安全是最为重要的设计基点,特别是建筑防火安全尤为重要。本文重点从高层民用建筑的消防设计及管理入手,并结合实际使用中的一些问题进行探讨分析,指出高层建筑消防设计的要点,为整个建筑设计提供参考。

Modern high-rise buildings are showing the overall scale of investment expansion,complicated internal functions,high personnel intensive and other significant features,thus the design,construction and maintenance requirements are higher.From the overall situation,building safety is the most important design point,especially building fire safety.This paper focuses on the design and management of fire protection of high-rise buildings,and combined with actual use some problems are discussed,and points out some key points in the design of high-rise building fire research.It is hoped to provide some references for the architectural design.
