浅谈腹部锐器伤的开腹适应证

Brief discussion of laparotomy indications of abdomen sharp instrument injuries

目的:探讨腹部锐器伤的开腹适应证。方法:选取18例腹部锐器伤患者的病历资料进行整理分析(包括到我院时呼吸心跳停止的2例患者)。结果:不必要开腹(Unnecessary laparotomy,UNL)6例(占37.5%),术前腹膜穿通诊断率为100%。结论:腹部锐器伤患者开腹前采用诊断性腹腔镜检查可减少UNL率。

Objective： To explore laparotomy indications of abdomen sharp instrument injuries. Methods： The data of 18 patients with abdomen sharp instrument injuries were analyzed（ including 2 respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest patients when being admitted）. Results： The UNL（ unnecessary laparotomy） occurred in 6 cases（ 37.5%）,and the preoperative peritoneum penetration diagnostic rate was 100%. Conclusions： For the patients with abdomen sharp instrument injuries,the preoperative diagnostic laparoscopycan reduce UNL rate.
