摘要 目的:观察同伴互助学习法在慢性精神分裂症患者自理能力训练中的应用效果。方法:选取80例慢性精神分裂症患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例。对照组常规给予治疗的同时开展日常自理能力训练,观察组在此基础上运用同伴互助学习法开展干预,6个月后,采用NOSIE、SANS、ADL、SSPI量表对两组患者进行评定。结果:干预前,两组NOSIE、SANS、ADL、SSPI得分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组NOSIE、SAN、ADL、SSPI得分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:同伴互助学习法有助于提高慢性精神分裂症患者的生活自理能力。 Objective: To explore application effects of peer-assisted learning method in self-care ability training of patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods: 80 cases of chronic schizophrenia patients were selected and randomly divided into control group( n= 40) and intervention group( n= 40). The control group was given routine treatment and daily self-care ability training,while the intervention group was used the peer-assisted learning method,additionally. The intervention lasted for six months. Then,the NOSIE,SANS and ADL,and SSPI were used to assess the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: Before the intervention,the scores of the NOSIE,SANS,ADL,and SSPI between the two groups were not statistically different( P〉0.05); however,after the intervention,the NOSIE,SAN,ADL,and SSPI scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusions: The peer-assisted learning method can effectively improve the self-care abilities of the patients with chronic schizophrenia.
