摘要
本文主要通过对10名专业网球运动员进行体能训练前的静蹲跳和下蹲跳两个测试,然后根据个人情况制定训练计划,对比训练前和训练后的静蹲跳、下蹲跳是否具有显著性差异,得出体能训练对提高网球运动员下肢爆发力效果非常显著。
This paper mainly through the study of the physical training of 10 professional tennis player squatting under static squat jump and jump in front of the two tests, and then make the training plan according to individual condition, compare the training before and after training whether static squat jump, squat jump has significant difference, it is concluded that physical training to improve the effect of tennis athletes lower limbs power is significant.
