摘要
本文通过量化的指标来研究舞蹈啦啦操队普通高校女大学生心理健康的影响。本研究以87名女大学生为研究对象,进行了为期12周的啦啦操教学实验,以检验舞蹈啦啦操对女大学生心理健康的影响。实验结果表明,经过12周的啦啦操教学,女大学生心理健康水平明显提高,实验后心理健康指标均优于实验前。实验过程中和实验后均没有发现不适和不良反应,达到了促进心理健康的目的。进而,基于积极心理学视野文章认为普通高校应开设适合学生学习的啦啦操专项课程、丰富啦啦操教学的内容、加大啦啦操运动的校园推广。
This paper to study the impact of dance Cheerleading Teams in College Mental Health of Female College Students by quantitative indicators.
