空间正义视角下我国城市体育公共服务治理现代化研究

空间正义理论在我国出现相对较晚,它强调城市空间生产的过程与结果都应保证正义,实现不同利益群体空间利益的平衡与和谐。这一思想为实现体育公共服务治理现代化提供了一个崭新的视角。在公共服务治理现代化过程中:供给主体注入新鲜血液,更富多样性;体育公共服务反馈方式不断丰富,更具高效性。同时,也存在将城市进行整体规划,未充分考虑城市内部差异;服务产品空间分布不均衡,未进行合理引导与解决;服务产品后期管理僵化,部分市场化运营效果不佳等问题。空间正义思想针对这些问题给予我们以下启示:差异性原则是治理现代化过程中需考虑的因素之一;补偿性原则为解决服务产品不均衡问题提供新思路;"自上而下"的参与是实现治理现代化的要求和途径之一。

Space justice theory appears relatively late in our country. It emphasizes that the process and result of urban space production should ensure justice, to realize the balance and harmony of spatial interests of different interest groups. This idea provides a new angle of view for the modernization of sports public service. In the process of modernization of public service governance, the main body of supply is injected with new blood and more diversified; the feedback form of sports public service is constantly enriched and more efficient. At the same time, the city did not fully consider the internal differences of city service products, don't have a reasonable guide and solution of the short balance on the service product; the rigid of management lesd to that part of the market operation problems such as poor effect. The spatial justice thought give us the following enlightenmentto solve these problems: the difference principle is one of the factors to be considered in the process of modernization of governance; the compensatory principle provides new ideas to solve the problem of unbalanced service products; the 'top-down' participation is one of the way to realization of governance modernization.
