鼠神经生长因子对恢复期早中期面神经炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis in the Early or Middle Recovery Stage

目的探讨鼠神经生长因子(m NGF)治疗恢复期早中期面神经炎患者的疗效。方法方便选取2012年8月—2016年8月期间在该院门诊或住院治疗的恢复期早中期面神经炎患者118例为研究对象。根据治疗方法分为应用鼠神经生长因子组(m NGF治疗组)及无应用鼠神经生长因子的对照组,两组的其余治疗方案相同,对比观察两组的有效率和治愈率。结果 m NGF治疗组的有效率96.5%、治愈率44.8%;对照组的有效率83.3%、治愈率26.7%。m NGF治疗组的疗效好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子对恢复期早中期面神经炎的患者有疗效,值得推荐。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor（m NGF） in the treatment of facial paralysis in the early or middle recovery stage. Methods 118 patients who were in the early or middle recovery stage of facial paralysis in this hospital outpatient or inpatient treatment from August 2012 to August 2016 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the m NGF group（receiving the mouse nerve growth factor treatment） and the control group（without using the m NGF method） according to different treatment methods, the other treatments of two groups were the same. The total effective rate and the cure rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of m NGF group was 96.5%, the cure rate was 44.8%; the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%, the cure rate was 26.7%. The m NGF group＇s clinical effect was better than control group. The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor has good effect in treating facial paralysis in early or middle recovery stage, it＇s worth recommendation.
