氧氟沙星与氟罗沙星治疗下呼吸道感染临床药效差异性比较

Comparison of the Clinical Efficacy of Ofloxacin and Fleroxacin on the Treatment of Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的分析氟罗沙星与氧氟沙星在下呼吸道感染治疗中的药效差异性。方法方便选取112例该院2015年2月—2017年3月接受治疗的下呼吸道感染患者,依循随机数字法分为实验组与对照组各56例,实验组采用氧氟沙星治疗,对照组采用氟罗沙星治疗,比较两组患者总有效率、生活质量、治疗成本与C/E。结果两组患者总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组C/E、治疗成本、生活质量分别为(23.14±0.69)、(1 726.33±126.41)元、(6.46±0.53)分,实验组生活质量为(9.35±0.22)分,治疗成本为(563.45±58.24)元,C/E为(19.52±0.44),实验组明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧氟沙星疗效确切,可提高患者C/E与生活质量,同时降低治疗成本,值得推广。

Objective This paper tries to compare the clinical efficacy of ofloxacin and fleroxacin on the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods 112 cases in this hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 with lower respiratory tract infections were convenient selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number method, with 56 cases in each group. The experimental group adopted ofloxacin, and the control group adopted fleroxacin treatment, total effective rate, the quality of life, treatment cost and the C/E of two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate in both groups have no statistical differences（P0.05）; C/E, treatment costs, quality of life of the control group was（23.14±0.69）,（1 726.33±126.41）yuan,（6.46±0.53）points respectively, and those of the experimental group were（9.35±0.22）,（563.45±58.24）yuan,（19.52±0.44）points, and those of the experimental group was better than the control group,differences between the groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ofloxacin is remarkable,which can improve patients＇ C/E and quality of life, and can reduce the cost of treatment.
