以家庭为中心的护理模式对儿科护理不良事件管理的影响

The Influence of Family Centered Nursing Mode on the Management of Pediatric Nursing Adverse Events

目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理模式对儿科护理不良事件管理的影响。方法整群选取2015年1月—2016年12月来院就诊并住院的患儿9 675例为研究对象,以2015年1—12月住院患儿为对照组,采取传统的护理模式;2016年1—12月的住院患儿为实验组,采取以家庭为中心的护理模式。采用χ~2检验比较两组患儿在液体外渗、跌倒坠床和烫伤发生情况方面的差异。结果通过对传统的护理模式和以家庭为中心的护理模式在液体外渗、跌倒、坠床以及烫伤四种常见护理不良事件发生率的比较发现,以家庭为中心的护理模式的不良事件发生率均要低于传统模式(P<0.05),在使用两种不同护理模式下,不同性别患儿发生4种不良事件的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);参与以家庭为中心的护理模式的家长相比于传统护理模式,其对医护人员服务的满意度相对更高(χ~2=80.304,P<0.001)。结论开展以家庭为中心的护理模式,尤其对低年龄段儿童加强护理,可以有效减少住院患儿护理不良事件的发生并改善护患关系。

Objective This paper tries to explore the influence of family centered nursing mode on the management of pediatric nursing adverse events. Methods Children admitted in this hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research objects as a group, children from January to December 2015 were selected as the control group,adopting routine nursing method, and children from January to December 2016 were chosen as the experimental group,adopting the family centered nursing method. Chi square test was used to compare the difference of fluid extravasations, fall,falling bed and scald between the two groups. Results According to the comparison of the traditional mode of care and family centered care mode in liquid leakage, falling down, falling out of bed and burning, the incidence rate of nursing adverse events of family centered is fewer than the traditional mode（P0.05）,there were no significant differences of different genders by these two different nursing mode of these four adverse events（P0.05）; the satisfaction rate of medical service of the parents in family centered nursing mode was higher than in the traditional nursing mode（χ~2=80.304,P0.001）. Conclusion The family centered nursing mode, especially for children of low age, can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
