经皮二氧化碳监测在新生儿的应用进展

摘要 检索经皮二氧化碳(TC-CO_2)监测在新生儿的应用的相关文献,探讨经皮二氧化碳(TC-CO_2)监测在新生儿的应用进展。尽管直接测量PaCO_2仍然是金标准,但它只提供了一个时间点的测量结果,而在临床工作中,PaCO_2是在不停变化中的。考虑到这些问题,临床需要一种可持续监测PaCO_2的手段来避免重复的血气分析。主要方法包括ETCO_2和TC-CO_2监测,其中TC-CO_2广泛应用于机械通气、围手术期、转运、呼吸暂停测试、酸碱状态监测等方面,其准确性更高,值得在新生儿相关临床工作中进一步研究及推广。经皮二氧化碳监测在新生儿各种临床疾病的治疗过程中,可以起到很好的监测效果,与动脉血气分析相互补充,更好的为临床工作服务。 This paper tries to retrieve related literature of transcutaneous carbon dioxide(TC-CO_2) monitoring in neonatal applications, to explore the development of transcutaneous carbon dioxide(TC-CO_2) monitoring in neonatal applications. Although the direct measurement of PaCO_2 is still the golden standard, it only provides a time point for the measurement results, and in clinical work, PaCO_2 is constantly changing. Taking these problems into account, a sustainable monitoring of PaCO_2 means is in great demand to avoid repeated blood gas analysis. The main methods include ET-CO_2 and TC-CO_2 monitoring, in which TC-CO_2 is widely used in mechanical ventilation, perioperative, transporters, apnea testing, acid and alkali status monitoring, etc., whose accuracy is higher, and it is worth clinical research and promotion in the newborn related work. Transcutaneous carbon dioxide monitoring in the neonatal treatment of various clinical diseases can play a very good monitoring effect and complement with the arterial blood gas analysis, so it is better for clinical work.
