Objective This paper tries to observe and explore the therapeutic effect of ultrasound emulsification combined with artificial crystal implantation in the treatment of elderly cataracts. Methods 60 cases of senile cataract patients from March 2014 to March 2017 in this hospital were convenient selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group, the patients in the control group were treated ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction treatment, the observation group patients were given ultrasonic emulsification combined artificial crystal implantation treatment, and the effect of two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The total effectiveness of the observation group was 96.67%, and that of the control group was 73.33%, the difference between the groups was significant(P〈0.05), the observation group of patients with vision less than 0.3 and the postoperative vision from 0.3 to 0.5 were 0 cases and 15 cases, better than the control group of 10 cases and 7 cases, the difference was obvious between groups(P〈0.05), the postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group, treatment satisfaction was 3.33%and 93.33%, and those of the control group was 20.00% and 66.67%, the difference between groups was significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of ultrasonic emulsification combined artificial crystal implantation in patients with elderly cataract is significant.
