单纯钽棒与钽棒联合自体骨移植治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床对比分析

Clinical Comparison of Simple Tantalum Rod and Tantalum Rod Combined with Autologous Bone Graft in the Treatment of Early Femoral Head Necrosis

目的探析单纯钽棒与钽棒联合自体骨移植治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床对比。方法 2015年6月—2016年5月,该院共收治早期股骨头坏死患者66例,依照其入院单双次序将其分为对照组(n=33)与观察组(n=33)。对照组行单纯的髓芯减压多孔钽棒植入治疗,观察则行髓芯减压多孔钽棒植入联合自体骨移植治疗。对两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比。结果在临床治疗优良率上,对照组远不及观察组(72.73%<93.94%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在塌陷发生率上,观察组较对照组明显偏低(3.03%<18.18%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钽棒联合自体骨移植在早期股骨头坏死的临床治疗效果上优于单纯的钽棒治疗,应在临床治疗予以推广。

Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical comparison of simple tantalum rod and tantalum rod combined with autologous bone graft in the treatment of early femoral head necrosis. Methods 66 cases of femoral head necrosis patients from June 2015 to May 2016 in this hospital were selected and divided into the control group（n=33） and observation group（n =33） in accordance with the single and double admission order. The control group was treated with pure medullary decompression polytantalum, and the observation group was treated with a combined autologous bone grafting.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results As for the curative efficiency, the control group was less than the observation group（72.73%〈93.94%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. In the incidence of collapse,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（3.03%〈18.18%）, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the combination of tantalum and autologous bone grafts in the clinical treatment of the necrosis of early femoral bone is superior to that of pure tantalum rod treatment, and should be promoted in clinical treatment.
